I currently run a Business Process and Service Improvement team chartered with creating a culture of continuous improvement. I have spent years in sales operations and project management, including Scrum Master and Agile Leader certifications from Scrum Alliance. As a long time student of Toyota, what I am most excited about is the full curriculum included in the Flow System. I was going to pursue an MBA, but I'd rather pursue mastery in TFS instead.
