Attempting to help leaders and teams move from traditional modes of change and delivery to approaches that best suit the problems and conditions important to the organisation. Previous experience helping organisations employ systems thinking to improve performance in ordered customer facing services. Prior to that was a Prince2 Project Management Practitioner. Original career was a commissioned officer in the British Army, where I first gained experience of operating in a complex domain, as well as learning about leadership, team dynamics and mission command.
