Lean thinker, innovation enthusiast, I belive that people are the core of organizations.

I got Industrial Engineering Master Degree in 2005 and Ph.D. in 2009. I worked as R&D project manager developing Materials and Production processes for motorsport industry (Brembo, Italy). During this experience I approached value-based product development and structured problem solving when working on failure analyses.

In 2012 I took a Project Management position at Pietro Fiorentini, Italy. I had the chance to take growing responsibilities in the Operations in a great enviroment; in those years I learnt and practiced the lean management principles and got in touch with Agile approach.

In 2019 I founded the Kaizen Promotion Office in Mitsubishi Electric Hydronic and IT Cooling System and I'm working to bring lean management culture inside the Company. My mission is to improve processes and to help the growth of people through actions and coaching.
